More than a coffee shop I would say that this is a small restaurant, that has space for you to go and work on your computer also. Mexican and Guatemalan dishes, the food is delicious (I had a ham and egg sandwich). You order at the counter and they bring your dish to the table. Atmosphere is simple but nice. When I arrived there there were not too many people, but it soon filled up later. Don't let the un-assuming front stop you from coming in, it's a good place for eats.

We live in ABQ but there is not any restaurant that offers authentic Guatemalan food. We heard about Sagches and we decided to go and was worth it! The food is so good, so authentic. It gave us a flashback eating in la Zona 1 or Antigua Guatemala. The restaurant decoration is on point! We loved the tamales, the picante sauce, rellenitos and they said in the future they plan to have more Guatemalan plates in their menu The tortillas as well tasted so good. Jamaica drink was so refreshing and taste just as in Guatemala! My wife is Puerto rican and she even said it took her back to Guatemala (when she used to visit). The Pepian, estofado and dobladas OMGGGG they were so so so good Our waitress was very kind, we are looking forward to comeback soon! God bless you all and keep moving forward, hopefully in the future there can be a Sagches Coffee House in ABQ and around the US!

Happy surprise in this low key off the main drag gem of a restaurant. They serve home cooked Guatemalan food. Balanced blend of spices, meat & veggies. Coffee is 100% Guatemalan arabica which is fresh, delicious & no bitter after taste.

This coffee house is a combination of a classic Cafe featuring both traditional diner fare and Guatemalan specialties. An unassuming but spotless interior, with a very polite and helpful staff. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained. I had a classic American breakfast with a big waffle. The bacon was crispy like I ordered it. The offer was generous and perfectly cooked. Not for nothing, I heard light singing and whistling coming from the kitchen. This is a crew that likes their work and is proud of it! Next time I'll order a couple Guatemalan dishes and report.

I was looking for something light to eat and got a vegetable crepe. They were generous with that crepe because it was stuffed with eggs and veggies. The green chile was good and had a bit of a kick. They gave me a cookie too! It was crunchy and went well with my coffee.
